City Guides:

Clearly dressed in green and roving the City’s core retail area, the City Guides are happy to help with tourism, directional and other information.

Monday to Saturday 9am to 3pm (excluding Tuesday, Christmas Day and Good Friday)

Rundle Mall Visitor Information Centre:

The Centre provides visitors with a range of tourism information on Adelaide and South Australia including brochures, maps and event guides.

Monday to Thursday 10am - 5pm;
Friday 10am - 8pm;
Saturday 10am - 3pm;
Sunday 11am - 4pm.
Public Holidays 11am - 3pm (closed on Christmas Day and Good Friday)

First Steps in Adelaide:

A free orientation walk for all visitors to Adelaide. City Tour Guides give a brief introduction to the City, highlighting major attractions and events happening on the day. A free information pack is given to all visitors at the end of the tour.

Meet at the Rundle Mall Visitor Information Centre, corner of Rundle Mall and King William Street.
